Windsor chair with extensive damage

The chair had  sentimental value and had been damaged when being carried downstairs. The client wanted to have it restored but to keep as much of the existing patina as possible.  Extensive repairs were made with new components where required or new timber grafted onto existing to conserve as much as possible.
